Friction bottle
We manufacture bottles in various sizes for a wide range of applications. We predominantly use high-quality neutral glass in clear or brown for this purpose, although soda-lime glass is also an option.
The neck of the bottle can be manufactured with a beaded rim for sealing with aluminum crimp caps and plastic or rubber septums. Screw threads on which a wide variety of screw caps can be placed are also possible, however.
Our standard volumes are 2 ml and 4 ml bottles.
Bottles with fixed insert
There are plenty of advantages to bottles with fixed inserts: for example, the fixed inserts can no longer fall out or move around in the bottle. Always staying in the same position, automatic filling and emptying of the samples is carried out without a problem. There is no longer any time wasted equipping the bottles with inserts either. It is also possible to empty the bottle manually by turning it upside down, without the insert falling out.
A synthetic resin at the bottom and neck of the inserts makes this possible. For high temperature applications, we offer bottles with welded inserts. The individual parts are fused in a controlled manner in order to create this connection. Applications that involve mechanical operations, such as mechanical homogenization, are also conceivable.
